For anyone that has never met Frank in person he's a real stand-up guy. He's kind and courteous and always the consummate professional. He's an Engineer by trade but a car guy like all the rest of us. Whenever autogeek and/or myself has a special project where we need a person we can count on to lend a hand we always know we can count on Frank.

It's been a genuine pleasure knowing you Frank.
