I've been blessed with great life, a great job and a promising future...

It's kind of funny, I arrived at work a little before 8:00am and it's about 10:20am and just now pulled up the forum homepage to find this thread. So far I've been buried in e-mails, PM's and answered a few questions on forums linked via my e-mail so I just now clicked to the forum homepage...

Sure felt like 39 when my alarm went off at 5:00am this morning and felt like 49 when started my first set at the gym...

It didn't defeat the workout. Don't you know the calorie rule??? You were CUTTING the cake therefore all of the calories LEAKED OUT. Sheesh, do I have to teach you everything. :dblthumb2:
