I'd definitely suggest we have it on a Saturday, October 18th to be exact - dependent on Bryan of course. The weekend before is a 3-day weekend for Columbus Day - for some people it is...

Bryan - any or your vehicles in need of some polishing?

I'm sure we'll have quite a wide spectrum of tools & products. I know for sure between The_Critic, Fly07sti and myself - we have Flex 3401, Flex PE14, Rupes Mini, Rupes Duetto12, Rupes15, Rupes21, GG3, and some more Rotary's.

Once we determine a project vehicle, we can narrow down some products...

sounds good....I also have 4 of the machines that you listed, plus the makita, and the old standby - a PC.

I never had the pleasure of using the Cyclo and I don't have an Airstream but..... I wouldn't mind trying it out. :dblthumb2:

In all seriousness, that machine is So Smooth! Dare I say smoother than my Rupes? Especially good on large panels (like trucks) that it covers a lot of area. I need to use that thing more often. I'll bring it for sure.

Hey guys. Just confirmed with my wife that Saturday, October 18 works for us. If that date is good for all of you, then let's lock it in.

As for cars, we only have one—the 2014 VW SportWagen I've posted about a few times. It would be fun to work on, but I'm sure someone here has a vehicle in greater need. Not to mention I don't think we'd get very dramatic before and after results.

Let me know about the 18th, and then I think we should post an announcement thread with a better title so that others will see it.

Worst comes to worst.... there is always my DD which is a 2008 HHR. Its silver and it always sit outside on the sidewalk. I got this a few months back when I was traveling to Livermore on a daily basis. It does have some interesting curves and a few pretty good size door panels.

I picked silver because it is hard to see imperfections....unlike the my Jet black that sits in the garage. :xyxthumbs:

Yes we should - help us keep all the details in one place. I also suggest you come up with a number as far as maximum capacity - I don't see more than 10 attending but you never know. This is going to be awesome!
 
I got a vehicle we can use. My buddy's 07 Toyota XRunner. Black and swirled too death!!!
