HD Speed. Such an easy product that produces incredible results. Just don't expect legendary protection.
 
Top HD speed once a month with HD express, and you can go indefinitely.
 
A MF polishing pad would work perfect on that. Fords have pretty hard clear coat.
 
Do you have to use MF pads for HD? Can you still get good results with foam?

I would say 3-4 at the most. You aren't going to heavy correction, you are doing light correction while polishing.

I've used many different brand of MF and foam pads with speed. B&S or CCS orange or white pads also work really well with it.
 
Xmt 360 - white pad - 6 passes - speed of 5 on my pc with good results
 
I just used Griot's One Step Sealant a few weeks ago on a Graphite Gray Mazda3. It doesn't get much attention, but I think it should.

The results were far better than expected. I was impressed by the correcting ability, the way it darkened the paint a bit, and the amazing shine. Durability is still an unknown, but I'm impressed by what I've seen so far.
 
XMT 360 with a PC and a white 5.5" CCS pad has given me good results. The protection doesn't seem to last very long, so I top with 845.
