Hummmm..."Wet Tumeric?" Is that part of ginger root family? Did a search and said to handle carefully in kitchen due to staining. Not to get on hands and counters etc.
Also said in case of staining in kitchen is to use lemon juice to remove.
Dunno if using lemon juice on a car paint is good idea---it's an acid I believe.
I would probably start with something like a quick detailer on a microfiber. If that doesn't work, move up and try a fine polish, if that doesn't work probably move on up to an AIO using a terry cloth towel. If that doesn't work my guess this would be considered an permanent etch. Probably the last resort is to compound the spot to "reduce" the stain somewhat and just live with it.
