Hey fightnews - M16 on the way!

Sorry I didn't get to this until today, but you have some M16 on the way...

This is pre-ban M16 - in other words, from before 2005, from my personal collection of antique waxes.

There's something $=ץ about that jar design. What a treat!

Nice gesture Mike!

Thanks mike!

I opened the lid an inspected it - looks great!

Sometimes as products age and are not kept out of either extreme cold or extreme hot temperatures the product can change.

I'll type of some info on the correct way to use this old school wax. I have an old school car to detail, maybe I'll shoot a video showing how to use it.

:)

Mike,
The towel looks like a Sonus Der Wonder towel, but with square corners, instead of rounded corners.

White towel or blue towel?

White looks like GG wax removal towel and the blue looks like the waffle weave we use for windows from CarBrite

White towel or blue towel?

The white towel the can of M16 is sitting on.

Pinhedz towel

Huh? I've never heard of this one?

No correct guesses yet.

And this towel.

I believe it to be 20 years old. So it’s antique by most “car” standards.

The other towels is a glass towel, I'm just using it to cover something.

The White w/red edging looks like either
a ZWipe; or, an Essential (from E-cloth).

:dunno:

The M9910 Ultimate Wipe (Meguiars)

Correct.

Actually, it's the first microfiber towel Meguiar's introduced to the car detailing world back in I think the late 1980s. I interviewed for a job with Meguiar's back in then and while at the Corporate office Mike Pennington show this exact towel to me and let me keep it.

Back then I don't believe it had the M9910 part number it might have, Mike Pennington would know.

Somewhere on a computer I have a picture of Mike by the Mercedes-Benz he demonstrated the towel on to show me how well microfiber technology worked. Remember, this was NEW technology back then and for the most part, Meguiar's was the only company I knew of that had a microfiber towel. The "internet" had not been invented yet, or at least made available to the mainstream public. Most of the car care companies we all talk about today didn't exist when this towel was introduced.

I'll try to find the picture because it will have a time stamp.

Mike took some M40, (kind of like Armor-All), sprayed it onto the hood of a black Mercedes-Benz and then handed me a terry cloth towel to wipe if off. The terry cloth just smeared it around. (and remember, that's what we we're using to wipe polish and wax off with back then, terrycloth towels, t-shirts, diapers and cheesecloth).

Then he handed me this microfiber towel and let me try it.

With one wipe it took all the M40 off. A very impressive demonstration.

PM me your shipping address and I'll get you a bottle of BLACKFIRE One Step and do me a favor, use it and then write some kind of review.
