The M9910 Ultimate Wipe (Meguiars)
Correct.
Actually, it's the first microfiber towel Meguiar's introduced to the car detailing world back in I think the late 1980s. I interviewed for a job with Meguiar's back in then and while at the Corporate office Mike Pennington show this exact towel to me and let me keep it.
Back then I don't believe it had the M9910 part number it might have, Mike Pennington would know.
Somewhere on a computer I have a picture of Mike by the Mercedes-Benz he demonstrated the towel on to show me how well microfiber technology worked. Remember, this was NEW technology back then and for the most part, Meguiar's was the only company I knew of that had a microfiber towel. The "internet" had not been invented yet, or at least made available to the mainstream public. Most of the car care companies we all talk about today didn't exist when this towel was introduced.
I'll try to find the picture because it will have a time stamp.
Mike took some M40, (kind of like Armor-All), sprayed it onto the hood of a black Mercedes-Benz and then handed me a terry cloth towel to wipe if off. The terry cloth just smeared it around. (and remember, that's what we we're using to wipe polish and wax off with back then, terrycloth towels, t-shirts, diapers and cheesecloth).
Then he handed me this microfiber towel and let me try it.
With one wipe it took all the M40 off. A very impressive demonstration.
PM me your shipping address and I'll get you a bottle of BLACKFIRE One Step and do me a favor, use it and then write some kind of review.
