How to clean autogeeks foam wax applicator

Does anyone have trouble finding the dawn? Ive looked at a few wal-marts here in NC and have had no luck at all

I was talking about the little round foam hand applicators

We got from hand foam applicators to buffing pads, but DPD will work for both.

There was talk some time ago that Dawn was discontinuing the power dissolver, but I still see at Walmart.

Go to your local supermarket. It should be very easy to find.

I threw mine in the washer with my microfibers with microfiber detergent and looks brand new! Try that..... and it will get the smeared look from the autogeek print look new again also! Just do not put it in the washer and let air dry....

Regular Dawn liquid soap works just fine also if you just use a small amount and spread it around.

Haha yea whoops, we did kinda get off topic.

For me, I usually soak them in a strong dilution of micro-restore or dishwashing liquid (i.e. Dawn), then I sort of massage the crud (sealant and such) out of them by hand till they're clean, then do a final wash and rinse in the washing machine.
