Yea, typically a few scrapes of the nail will get it lifted/rolled up before peeling. Maybe previous owner didn't add enough coats to the point where it's thick.Umm, well this isnt the case. I have to scrape it with my nail and that barely gets it off. Some tiny spots will flick up but then you can only peel a tiny spec off. I wish it was easy like it should be.

I may try this. I think what I'll do is try everything and make a small un controlled review of which works best. Since there is plenty for me to test onPlasti dip has a citrus based cleaner that does a pretty good job of removing the old dip. I worked on a gtr that had plasti dip in every crack and crevice. I sprayed on the cleaner let it sit for a few minutes and hit it with a pressure washer.
