Well I did my very first PC polish & wax job yesterday. I have to admit having some of the same feelings other newbies here have mentioned - fear of screwing things up, etc. - but all went fairly well.
To tell the truth, the swirls are still with me (I used XMT Swirl Remover 1 on an orange pad) and I'm wondering - it was about 50 degrees at the time, and since the car is in an unheated garage, I think the metal was fairly cold. Does that affect the polishing action? If so, how warm should it be before I pollish again?
