i hired a woman

No did not post pictures of either me or my lady lol.

If you want to be considered professional then I agree you also have to look professional (meaning hide your tattoos)

I hear ya' brother. But some are sexy, no? :)

Although... who wants to hide; "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." When it's written in the same script font as the original scroll, and it reads across both forearms when fists are placed together? (Been hanging around too many gun stores lately... ya' think!?!?) ;)

I think tattooed woman are like topping wax.

The car looks good and shiny, but why not making it shinier by topping it Lol

A girl might look good but why not top her (in this case, tattoos)

I am not against guns, we should always have the right to bear arms. I am pro 2nd amendment.

I just would't trust myself with one. Lol

How many guns do you own?

Rule number one about gun ownership. Never admit how many you own

That's not a woman: that's a fox!
But I think I see some ink...that's a minus point!
Yes, I saw that, too. I know some people like tats, but I don't like tattoos any more than I would like to see a mural on a Ferrari 250 GTO, even of Enzo Ferrari. I wouldn't want a tattoo design on what is already the world's greatest masterpiece, the human body. One more brush stroke too many on an artwork only detracts from it's magnificence. IMHO.

first woman in the team....not sure if she will bring me more clients or not but seem trainable and dedicated to this detailing adventure.
except paint correction i think she can handle most jobs. :xyxthumbs:

first thing she said was: " i want a picture in the maserati " :))

any opinion pro/contra from some of you who had woman in the team... just so i am ready :))
She looks like she likes art, and might even like to draw. If that is so, I think she could be really outstanding at paint correction with enough practice and training. I think I may see potential talent, here. Find cars that don't matter, or junk panels. I went to an ROP class and learned the rotary. You should give her a chance to learn paint correction if she wants to.

Wow. Learned a lot about the people here. My fiance has a full sleeve tattoo that was hand drawn by the artist, among a bunch of other tattoos. Its her release. Its something she enjoys.

Who cares what they will look like when somebody is 80. Like i will really need to consider what you think of my tattoos that are personal to me, when I am trying to remember what time I need to take my bottle of pills and where I put my teeth.

Nothing beats determining the character/quality of a person based on their appearance, or in this case, having one tattoo on her wrist.
Pretty judgmental if you ask me.

I've got friends with tattoos, and I think it is their business. I won't stop associating with them because of it. I just don't agree with it artistically. I started drawing when I was 4, and I never drew a stick figure. I drew about every day, and today I can draw about anything I want, including realistic portraits that look like the person.

In progress Claire Sinclair by ~ScottDrennan on deviantART

I just don't agree with putting ink on skin, because the human body is perfect enough as it is to me.
I did draw on someone with marker before though, on request, but that wasn't permanent, and I could always do it again. Draw it to have it when you want, and wash off for special occasions when it is not appropriate. Just do it over again. It is no big deal.
Most tattoos I've seen aren't really that great. They are really simple, so it would seem really easy to just do a temporary one.

Is that your work?

Yeah a from the tattoos that I normally see as well. When you can draw like that ^ Pulling off a tattoo should be a easy. Looks great btw.

The tattoos I have are alot less realistic then your work. I can draw. Just need to learn how to color.

Here is some of my work, it's a Hanya Mask traditional Japanese. I have this tattooed on me as well.

You might want to use her in your advertisements witht eh rest of your crew. Might bring in more clientele.

thank`s guys
so far is been ok , but her system shuts off around 5-6 hours work , and i am used to push 10-12 with easy.

i may go with her for part time till she get`s adapted or plan a schedule of 6h /day for her and she can still get a good pay.

not sure if are any other options for now

That is my work. Thank you. The second one has quite a bit of work left, but it looks more like the woman than the first one. The first one looks almost exactly like Terri Lynn Doss, but I think the second one looks exactly like Claire Sinclair. It just needs more shading some darkening of the brows, and eye detail, along with hair. It is actually darker than it appears in the photograph.
Thank you for showing your work.

I see real talent here.

Tell her to step it up or out the door........if she can't hang then bye-bye don't care if she is eye candy!

Sex does not matter to me, passion and hard work is all that counts.

For example me and my wife run our business on the weekends and we both do equal work. Usually I do exterior and paint corrections while she does interior. If at any point she did not want to do detailing anymore with me and she didnt feel up to it anymore I would try to replace her when i could.

What if she's female? This is like the bikini baristas. Obviously if you needed to advertise using eye candy then your work does not speak for itself.
