If you were limited to one company...

I know I'll get fragged for this, but Chemical Guys products. Their customer service sucks, but the products rock.

I'd have to say Megs. Although some of their products don't do as well as other companies they literally have everything... with the exception of the new spray compound/polish.

my pick would be megs, they cover the whole spectrum...

to me, this is as important as the products themselves. why give your hard earned $'s to someone (not necessarily CG's, but any business) who doesn't give a cr*p about you (or anyone else for that matter). i'll take my business elsewhere if i don't get excellent friendly service. money don't grow on trees and very dollar counts in these bad economic times these days, and it's the business that will suffer if they treat people like that and deserve to go out of business (no business or job is secure these days)...

I've received somewhat poor service at different times from different vendors over the years. Perfect customer service is rare and I agree with your statement. However, the products are my favorite & are great performers for the services I sell.

Maybe sucks was a harsh term to use? I have had the same problems with AG just recently so as I said perfect customer service is difficult to find or rely upon.

So far with my limited experience, it would be PoorBoys. All products that I have tried have met or exceeded my expectations. (BH, PwS, PP, PB w&g etc). However, I have heard great things about Optimum's lineup.

Optimum for the range of chemicals that I use (performance, range, ease of use and cost).

Megs for the full product line range (chemicals, tools, pads, towels, etc.) that I have used. I have limited experience with the full Chemical Guys line but several products are quite good.

Thank goodness that I can mix and match my favs from elsewhere.

Im suprised no one has any mention of 3m products. They also would have everything that is need to detail a car. I would choose them.;

I wonder how long it will take AG to reply to that one lol

I was thinking about this just the other day!

I am impressed by everything that I have tried from Optimum, but I have yet to try any of their polishes.

Everything else works so well together too (OS + OID + OCW + ONR).

Optimum gets my vote (with the caveat regarding not having tried any of their polishes).

Interesting thread, seems Optimum wins.

I agree as far as a full line of anything you may need it's Megs. But prefer other products like Wolfgang, etc.

Meguiars without a doubt, even though most of the products I use are from other companies, almost every product that Meguiars makes just works and is fairly priced.

If Meguiars didn't have 105/205 I would be saying Optimum.

hard to say .pinnacle i quess. love everything they have .
