I had a Toyota Tacoma yesterday that belonged to a friend of mine that he wanted sealed up with a few spots that had some scratches. He said it may be from his wife washing the truck with a brush that had some rocks or sand in it. Here's some before pictures.
Since these were the only spots that had sratches I tried with Meg's D300 with the 3 inch MF cutting pads on my PC with a 2 7/8" Mirka backing plate. I got some correction but not nearly enough so I went with 105 and the MF pads and still not good enough. Sorry no pics, then I went to the 400 and with just a few passes it removed all the scratches easily with little to no DA haze. I was going to finish with menz 106 but decided to try Meg's d302 with the DA MF finishing pads and it looked awesome.

I then finished the rest of the truck up with klasse AIO and S/G.
Yes I know the tires aren't dressed up but he was going to change it out so I just hit it with a water based dressing and sent it on the way. Also he had a lot of wax build up in the trim that I removed also. I know one picture there is some wax in the door handle. I know some folks don't like finishing with MF pads but in this case it came out very good. Overall I was impressed with 400 and will not be using 105 anytime soon. Can't wait for the next chance I get to use it.
