Sweet! Glad you scored one.

Bought this for it's intended purpose and turns out it make a perfect detail brush. I got a few more and trimmed them down to various lengths to vary the stiffness. The hairs are soft enough not to scratch paint. I have not experienced any bristles falling out yet like the reviews talk about. If your looking for a good brush around emblems and interiors try this out on the cheap..

Very nice find!!

The best deal I know of right now is at Costco. A 36 pack of 16 x 16 high quality microfiber cloths for $14.

Someone mentioned 5 gal wash buckets for $5. Just go to Wal-mart in the paint section with Wal-Mart logo they are $2.48

The two I bought from there do not work with my grit guards. They only go half way down but those were the white ones not the blue. I then went to Home Depot and bought two more plain white 5gallon buckets and those work fine they are about 4 dollars

I use small paintbrushes from the dollar store. Not exactly sure of the size but it's the ones that are about an inch wide and a an inch thick. They work very well for interior cleaning, detailing with dressing, lug nuts, and that sort of things.

Why is that a problem? I use 2 grit guards in the same bucket so that I have a deeper area for dirt to be trapped in. As a bonus it makes the rinsing easier since the grit guard is much closer to the top of the bucket.

You would get the same benefit with only 1 grit guard, as long as it fits well in the bucket.

guess i am not saying its a problem just letting people know in case they were hoping it would go all the way down.

You would? I would think the baffle wouldn't work without the fins at the bottom. If they were off the bottom then when you forced water down it would push water down underneath the grit guard and back up, along with whatever debris is on the bottom. Having the grit guard all the way at the bottom minimizes this by not allowing the water to move as much underneath. It's contained in the four sections the baffles form. I'm always gentle in putting the mitt in even with my grit guard seated all the way at the bottom.

Look like I will be stepping in big looks for first time soon

I bought a set of 4 interchangeable, mini detailing brushes, along with one handle, at Target for a whopping $1.24. I thought the price on the shelf sticker must have been wrong, but that's what they rang up for at the register. Not the best quality but I didn't expect much for the price, and the one I tried worked just fine.

Checked online & found one store in the area w/ them @ $24. Others had them on clearance for $35-$50 or at regular price. Went and got 2 @$24. But they were marked $41 clearance in store.
Check by the tools. They didn't have one on display, just in boxes on the shelf.
