Is durability of tire dressings that important?

Good insight everyone. I don't detail for a living, but on the cars that I do, I've never had a customer come back complaining that their tire dressing wore off. I suppose living in southern CA helps a lot, though.
 
im not inted in in if it doesnt last at least a month.
