I think the thread title says it all. I'm sick of this winter. The daily shoveling, how cold it's been. I can't remember the last time either of the cars were clean, let alone free of ice and snow. And I'm pretty sure with the 2 1/2 feet of snow on the ground my yard is going to be a swamp till June once it starts to melt.

Thanks for letting me vent.

I don't mind the winter, if I didn't have to work. Lol

Washed my car one day, all white and dirty already after two days :/
 
Minus 18 without the windchill factor this am when I left for work. :-(
 
That's colder than the inside of my freezer. And you get it for free.
 
I feel your pain man. We have been hammered here in Syracuse. -20's with windchill....over 4 ft of snow in my yard. I don't see how you guys do it for years and years. This is only my 5th winter.

On the bright side...I'll be very busy in spring with spring clean details!!!

You guys out east have gotten hammered this year. We had a winter like that last year in Mpls.
 
Ugh, I'm right there with you. In Syracuse, we have not had one day above freezing the entire month of February. I spent about three hours this week cleaning off the roof and trying to get rid of icicles.

I can't even tell what color my car is anymore. The inside is just as bad.

What sucks even more is the Cuse basketball program can't even go to the postseason this year. That was normally all I had to help get me through this!

Come on spring...we need ya!
 
I'm glad that I'm not alone but at least we can all suffer together. We just set the record for the coldest February ever and I think there's more snow coming over the weekend. I finally got the truck clean a couple of days ago but that lasted until I went to work the next day. Oh well. It's been in the teens for couple days so I guess that counts as a warm up.

I LOL'd at this. It's so sad that we think this way, but you are right! I was walking outside at work and the sun was out. I thought to myself, "You know, it really isn't that bad out."

The temp? 11 degrees.

Need...help...

I had a small leak issue from all the snow and ice. Im installing heat tape for next year.

What do you think about a spring clean gtg? I know there`s at least another guy from our area on here.

Lake Erie is completely frozen over. I don't think we'll have much of a spring with all the cold air blowing off the lake. I'm not sure about Lake Ontario but it's probably close to the same. I'm betting on snow in June this year. A spring clean could turn into mid summer.
 
And it's 4 outside right now. Sunny today, mid teens to get us ready for 3-6 more inches tomorrow afternoon.
