There are better compounds to use than M105 IMO... I am growing quite fond of FG400 for example.
The best way I have found to use M105 is to first prime a MF cutting pad with D300, then use a mixture of M105 and D300 on the pad for cutting. This greatly increases working time and minimizes dusting.
Only compound I ever used is 3M and doesn't have dusting problems. Hmm... Idk what to pick... Lol
