Yeah they have like this waffle looking design thats supposed to hold the product better on the surface. Something along those lines, I saw them for sale at another website.

Yeah, I saw them for sale on another website and never saw them before. Just was wondering if anyone has used them and what they thought about them. For obvious reasons, I can't and won't be linking them.

I know which ones you are talking about. I am sure they would be similar to the Waffle ones. Good for rotary use to counter heat and sling.

Meh, they're okay. The "waffles" soften leaving you with bumpy CCS pads. I'm still a flat pad or microfiber pad kind of guy, but then again I only use a DA now.

Yea, I tried to use the 3401 on a detail this weekend, that thing is H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E to use!!!!

I guess they are still trying to make a CCS pad that people like, the only ones I have are some red ones that I got for free, so I don't really have an opinion on the CCS pads, but it seems 90% of Geeks don't care for them.
