OK, I know you have all been waiting breathlessly for my review, and here it is!
OK, OK, so maybe you weren't breathlessly waiting for my review, but here it is anyway. Take it or leave it.
Decided to do a wash on our 2000 Honda Accord last night, and I was going to do a booster wax to the existing combo of Poli-Coat and Max Wax (which was still holding up very nicely, I might add, even without having been washed in 3 weeks or so
). Anyway, while I was fixing to decide which spray wax to use, I spotted my bottle of Liquid Natty Blue, which reminded me that I owed my fellow AG'ers a review. So, I decided to use it. A big thanks to Auto Geek and Poorboy's World for allowing me to try this out! :dblthumb2:
Weather Conditions according to the National Weather Service
Time: shortly after 8PM
Temperature: 82*
Heat index: 84*
Wind: 3mph
Humidity: 58%
Initial impressions
Packaging: clear circular bottle, about the same size as the bottle DGPS comes in
Consistency: Waxy? :dunno:
Color: baby blue
Scent: bubble gum
Size: 16 oz.
Directions: pretty easy to read. Said it was fun to use. I think SS II is pretty fun myself. Whatever.
Lid: flip top
Other products used
Clean foam applicator
Cobra green detailing cloth
To note, this was my first Poorboy's product, so I really didn't know what to expect. I must apologize - since it was dusk, some of my pics didn't turn out too great.
After a nice 2 bucket wash with Ultimate Wash and Wax

products used

passed the swipe test after about 15 minutes or so

after removal - again sorry for the crappy quality. The last 2 pics I took the following day turned out much better. These night time pics don't do it justice.

Two pics I took in the day time

Thought this one turned out kinda cool - the sun is reflecting off the trunk so much that the background got darkened.

Pros:
1. Smells nice
2. Easy to apply - a little goes a long way
3. Fairly easy to remove where it was applied thin
4. Came out of the bottle easily without making a mess - definitely a plus for me
Cons:
1. A little tougher to remove where I applied it thick. If you are like me and are shamefully wasteful when applying liquid waxes/sealants, this might be a problem. I only had a few heavy spots. Note that it just took a little more buffing to remove excess, nothing that was a bear to work with like M16 is when applied too thick.
2. It is possible to overapply
3. Not as slick as I would have liked, but that is more or less a matter of personal preference. Collinite 845 is not especially slick either IMO, but it is one of my favorite LSP's.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I found this to be a very nice product. I'm pretty pleased with my first Poorboy's product. Definitely looked great. I would say that this product is definitely worth buying when it is released. While it didn't wipe off like, say, DGPS or #26 liquid, you definitely get the feel that you are "removing a wax", which is not necessarily a bad thing (if that made any sense). Overall, I give it :dblthumb2:.
