Yes, we call those the bongos! Mechanical towers\conference rooms.

Good thought about printing this thread, however, I have the email chain though with dates\times, from my work email.

i think you have a valid claim as you have security guards and im guessing they have cameras in the lot? so therefore it is not hearsay. i have big issues with landscapers. it does not take brains to know not to run the mower with the blades activated on pavement, that's what push blowers are for. id rather have my car covered in dust then have rocks thrown at it. one thing i cant stand is when the landscapers are mowing with the chute pointing to the road. easy fix is to turn mower around. everyone around here does that and it makes me want to stop the car and tell them why they should mow with chute pointing towards their yard. peoples lack of respect of other peoples property just sets me off....
 
Had that happen to my 87 ranger, hate that happened to you too!!! man I WAS PISSED!!!!!!!! did not see it happen so I was out of luck just touched them up myself!!!!:awman:
 
Yup. That's a crappy situation. On one hand, if lawn keepers had to wait for every single car to be out of the way, they would never get their job done. On the other hand, normally these guys are low paid help and don't give a damn.

I guess that's why we try to protect our vehicles the best we can and have insurance.

Well yeah, I could understand this happening if I had parked near the grass where they were mowing, but there was no reason for them to be running the blades in the middle the parking lot. I understand they were trying to clean the lot off, but a blower which is directional is a much better choice vs the mower which will pretty much spray crap in every direction. Had they used the tiniest bit of common sense (which I know most people no longer possess) this never would have happened.

Anyway, I can't wait to hear what the guy from the landscape company has to say.
 
Just met with guy from the landscape company. They are going to cut me a check, of course not to have the doors etc resprayed, which is fine by me. It will be large enough to cover my next AG order though ;)

Good for you! The Insurance companies are the biggest jam jobs going! Unfortunatley they will just adjust their rates!!!!

Just think, if they would've been 5 minutes later, you would've never had a clue as to how it happened

That's good. I'll give you credit for follwing through. No reason for running the mower blades aross the lot. People are so dumb and so clueless sometimes.

Make you wonder, doesn't it?
 
Good to hear, Dave! Maybe go with the Dr. Color Chip and then a little PDR. Should look pretty good after that!

I actually had some paint already, touch up are already done. I checked into PDR for that door (yes door, only one) and they wanted something like $350-400. I can live with the door dings for that cost, sure they annoy me, but jeez.
