I don't really offer interior detail other than quick wipe and vacuum.

I'll never forget the time I agreed to detail an RV. Let's just say OCD and 40' RV's don't mix. It also doesn't help when the forecast fails to predict the sudden rain that ruins things in the middle of the job you're doing.

But in way it was a good thing, because my legs were so sore from climbing up and down the ladder that I could bearly crawl out of bed the next day. Lol. I remember waking up thinking to myself, "why the hell did I agree to do this"?!

All in all it took a total of 3 days for me to complete and the owner was ecstatic with the results, but all I was thinking was "I hope this gentleman never calls me back, because I'm not really interested in getting my arse kicked again" lol.

While it's not a direct detailing step, my least favorite part is the clean up after wards. I have to wrap my extension cord up, get all my supplies back in my bag and get all my towels and other various things gathered up. It doesn't really even take that long it just always seems to really annoy me lol. And to make it worse I typically don't wrap the cable up properly or put my bottles back neatly while packing up. So I'm always left doing more work to organize everything again before I start my next detailing job.
 
w/out a doubt..... hands down..... inside rear windshield.... 2nd inside front windshield.

My least favorite part of a detail is the tires/wheels. There's always some elbow grease, lots of tools, stinky chemicals, or some combination thereof to get them completely clean on neglected ones.

Drill Brush! You can scrub a dirty tire completely clean in about 35 seconds
 
Carpets.

I own almsot every tool to make vaccuming, scrubbing and stain removal easier, I still hate it. No air movement and always working at an odd angles in the hardest to reach places.

I'll take wheel wells over under the seat cleaning any day.
 
Large truck undercarriage and interiors for me. I'm not a heavy guy but I'm not small either so it can get s little cramped inside.

Engines, I never minded doing them until me and a buddy cleaned his after putting a clutch in his car, and the timing belt conveniently went bad right after we finished. Now, I won't clean any thing I can't wipe with a rag.

Yea I don't like to mess around and put any water on any engines. Especially ones that don't belong to me. Lol.

Yup I agree. Especially on big suvs like a Ford Expedition. As if they weren't already big, and then you still have to do the roof. Lol.

Meh, unless you had the belt cover off and sprayed it with APC then started it up and redlined immediately. Even then it shouldn't slip. I would caulk that one up to over testing out the new clutch.

Me...I don't like the clean up afterwards, and interior front and back glass.
 
The belt actually broke, but I couldn't imagine trying to convince a customer I had nothing to do with it.
