lookin for non-streaking spray wax?

Very easy to use and leaves the paint looking great, really wet, but durability is not the best available. I did not experience streaking with this product either.

duragloss aquawax is my favorite. I have optimum also but it streaks real bad in humid weather.

DG Aqua Wax is at the top for me too but don't use too much in high humidity!!! I was messing around with it a couple weeks ago and soaked my wife's car, :nomore: streaked like crazy :laughing:. Traditionally I lightly mist the whole car when I use it and have no issues.

Griot's is probably the best looking spray wax I've used, but I haven't used that many because the durability blows(OCW is decent). I have Acrylic Jett Trigger on the way. I'm sure you saw the thread on the other board that I started and the durability of this product is supposed to be superb!
 
One problem with all of these recommendations is some of the products are not made to be an LSP while others are made as an stand alone LSP.

Mark you're gonna LOVE the Werkstat ;)

I couldn't agree more. The only ones that will really do well as an lsp by themselves are ocw, ajt, and reload. All the others are just toppers.

Does it smell like fruit punch Kool-Aid too? I love using that stuff because of the smell and of course the ease of use... lol...

I found the Jeffs AJT to be a pain in the a_ _!!! Looked good though.

I use a light mist and I have not had this stuff streak yet.

Wow, I've never had an issue with it at all. Doesn't streak and looks great. It sayd you can spray it on, spread it, and let it haze before you buff it off. Maybe that will help.

Yeah tried that and everything else and it was just a pain. I rather wax the car all over again than deal with that stuff. The carnauba jett stuff was even worse.

I think you're applying too much or maybe the panels were just too hot. There is really no reason why you would get streaking unless you're doing something wrong.
 
thanks for all the replies.i got a sample of ocw a couple of weeks ago and used it as a drying aid with onr and all was good.got all dried off and used it as a topper and sprayed and wiped as per directions and thats were i got streaking-i really wanted to spray and wipe,butt no go:nomore:

Hmm I use OCW many times now and if you use one spray or two misted across the panel.. wipe it in.. then buff it out I have not had any issues if done in the shade that way...

Used it like it was the last drop of water on earth and it streaked inside and outside of my garage. Sorry I don't know what to tell you as I have used just about every spray wax you can buy and this one was not one of my favorites. Maybe another victim of the humid summer climate here in the mid-atlantic.
 
Was the car naked.... or did you use it over another product?
