Hi everyone, first of all I wanted to thank everyone for all the time and effort yall have put into this site, the wealth of information on this forum has been extremely useful for answering ALL of my questions getting started with detailing!

I am from Alabama, but live in Portland, Or. My car (white 2008 Chrysler 300 Limited/Touring) finally got shipped out here, and it was a bit neglected while it sat unused in alabama, and rather than pay 400$ and possibly get ripped off, I decided to invest in learning about paint correction and detailing

I have a TON of stuff on the way from AG getting ready to start my project this week :)

If anyone is in the portland area, PM me :) I would love to find a mentor. my skillset lies primarily in internet marketing, so i might even be able to help you with some things :)

thanks again

Did you pick up any of the books Mike has written on detailing?

Thanks :) I haven't looked at any physical books, mainly just online, but I will certainly take a look. thanks for the recommendation

Thanks for the warm welcome Mike, Pats, SG, dmund, JMJ, and anyone i missed

dmund: I think I am on a very similar path, I will probably do the same thing when I upgrade from a PC :buffing:
