LSNAutoDetailing News

I haven't been as active lately as lots is going on.

My house went on the market yesterday and between today (Friday) and Sunday we have 23 showings scheduled!!!

Today we had 3 showings which resulted in two offers. Wow!!

The end goal is to migrate from NH to AZ within the next 6 weeks. Somewhere there is a plan. I hope!!! :)

House hold items will be moved by movers, two Mustangs will be close carrier shipped, and me, interior gal, and Khaki the Greyhound will travel in a little Honda Fit some 2400 miles...

A huge thank you to Wills and his sister Daniela of Windows & Wheels Auto Detailing in Gilbert AZ for lending a hand in conjunction with this 2400 mile "seat of the pants" migration! This forum is amazing and when you need a hand, (and a friend) folks are here for you.

This is a huge transition and undertaking to pickup and move from one geo to another, especially being so drastic in terrain, culture and country. Not to mention heat! :)

This all wouldn't be happening without the great influence of AGO, Mike Phillips and others.

We'll keep you updated on our travels.

Wow! Here we go!

From NH to AZ... Haha, the weather is going to be mildly different.

Good luck with venture!

Re: paul_g news

Wow! I had to google where NH was (sorry, I'm a Kiwi - we have two states - awake & asleep.) & geeze Paul, thats one heck of a move indeed. Road trip!!! Sounds exciting, & I look forward to hearing the story behind such a move & how it is all panning out for you. :xyxthumbs:

All the best for the road ahead Paul.

Wish you the best in your move and have safe travels.

Re: paul_g news

Hope all goes well with your transport and transition!

Re: paul_g news

Nice move. Now, buy a RV and be prepared to leave for 3-4 months a year. You're now a potential Heat Bird.

I wish you the best of luck Paul!

Re: paul_g news

Good luck with the move, sounds like your plan has come together, even though it was such a quick move!

The Fit makes a great road trip car, what year is it?

Wish you good luck and happiness in the move.

About to become a 120 (Not MPH) member. If you need to wash the vehicles and do not do it in a garage you will also be a 4:30ish member also. The good part is no rust although cloth and plastic's take a beating. No need to bring your snow shovel/blower.

Paulie! Safe travels my man! Make sure your shoes don't fall off when driving!!!

Best of luck amigo, keep us posted on your travels, move and transition, and I'll be rooting for ya!

Re: paul_g news

House sold!!! What a wild experience. 26 showings in 3 days!

But I kept busy during all of it. I got to detail not one but two motorcycles. A Victory and an Indian Chief classic. First time doing motorcycles.

I'll do a show n shine once I prep the photos.

Great to hear you guys sold it, Paul!

Quite honestly, the wife & I are looking to leave NY for either the AZ-NM or FL/GA area.

I commend your move, and might ask a bit of advice in the future when & if you have the time. :)

2013 with 55K miles. Should do fine! Except it has snow tires on now, so I should do my change over.
Wife doesn't want to in case we hit a snow storm on the way... but I highly doubt we will...

Listen, don't worry about the miles... I'll worry about the mileage! :)

Dang, and I was hoping to ship the snow-blower and sell it out there! I figured everyone here has one and there would be a better market in AZ... :-)

We said, why wait until we're going to retire... and look back in regret. We have the opportunity now... take it!
