There is a screen (foreground of pic) which goes over the intake hole in the center of the intake side (the round cutout in the center of the unit). Mine just fell off. It was glued in place with what is obviously not the right adhesive for the job (you can see the gray adhesive blobs on the screen, and no trace of adhesive on the round metal plate).
Anyone else have this happen and what did you use to glue it back? The adhesive they used looks like Liquid Weld or something like that. Since that doesn't work, I wonder if a few blobs of silicone would work?
PS once I had it opened there was exposed bare wire peeking out of the wire nuts so I wrapped them in electrical tape. While they might never short out, wrapping them seemed like the safe thing to do. They should strip their wires shorter during assembly or wrap them from the factory.
