McKee's 37 Product Expert Here!

Any plans on adding a finishing polish with no wax??

Nick,

I did a quick search through this thread and didn't find anything. What are the big differences between the McKee coatings and the pinnacle black label coatings? Sorry if I am asking a question that has been answered many times.

-Nick H.

Nick,

Black Label is glossier, slicker and it will last longer (3 years versus 2). It's a matter of picking a coating that is GREAT or picking one that is OUTSTANDING. :)

Any plans on adding a finishing polish with no wax??

It already exists - McKee's 37 Fast Polish. This is technically a finishing polish. :dblthumb2:

Same request happened to Megs D301. As soon as it came out, most started asking for a non wax version.

I cant tell you the technical differences. But, the Mckee's is MUCH less expensive and is possibly the easiest coating in the world to apply. Its easier than the already easy Black Label. The Black Label might be longer lasting.

Thanks Jaretr1! I figured it would be pretty similar. I may have to give it a try if I run out of black label.

Thanks Nick! I plan on putting some time in this spring to get my vehicles looking good and protected. I know I won't be disappointed with Black Label.

are we going to be seeing the all the products in 32oz. offerings?

I guess I'll have to read Mike's post again.

I bet this is a great new line. I used the DP Wheel Coating and it worked very well.

I bet there's going to be another McKee line, too. When you put your name on something, you want it to be the very best, bar none. Bob made this line affordable. I bet he wants an elite line, too. Pinnacle Black Label might become McKee's Black Label or something like that.

What would be the preferred spray topper on a freshly washed car that has McKee's paint coating previously applied? Just thinking a spray wax/detailer after a wash may help add some depth or shine. Any thoughts?

Ok Nick, got a few questions for you ;)

I am about to order the Paint coating. Can I say to my client it will last two years or is that figure dependant on conditions like a sealant is? Also, what are your thoughts about using it on wheels? I could order the Wheel coating but if I can use a single product to do both it simplifies my job.

2. Regarding the AIO headlight polish. What kind of UV protection durability can I expect from that product? Would you say it can replace the entire Sanding/compounding/Polishing/Sealing process in all cases or is it limited to Headlights that are not in too bad shape?

3. I believe I saw a glass coating in the lineup. How many cars can I do with 1 bottle? I am currently using Aquapel, would the durability be similar?

Hopefully you will see this before I place my order ;) I can't wait to get my hands on Essence :)
