I'll begin by saying I'm no professional, but I have a sense of what works for me, what doesn't, and what represents the best value to me. I've been wanting to try this stuff for a while in my foam gun, and with the good weather today, the time was right. I mixed it as per Mike Phillips' instructions, and went to town. My truck was not particularly dirty (it rarely is). I am a realist, and I was not expecting 'foam cannon' foam from a foam gun. What I was expecting, however, was better foam than I've gotten with Griots Brilliant Finish soap and Meguiars Gold Class, mainly based on the price of this stuff versus the other two. It definitely did not meet those expectations. The foam was maybe a little thicker than what I've gotten with the Griots soap, but certainly not enough to justify the price. It is double the price of Griots (12.99/64 oz), if you buy it by the gallon, and three times the price of Meguiars (6.99/64 oz). Is it better than the other two....not noticeably.
I know McKees is s popular brand here, and I do like the other products I've tried from them (360, wheel coating), but the high price takes this one off of my future shopping lists.
