I’m not exactly sure. Going with my close friend who is like my brother to visit his brother. I am planning on being in NY for about 2 weeks.

This is great! I have been apart of a few “detail meet ups” here in the SF Bay Area and have made some very good friends. I also got to hang out with Aaryn NZ at Detail Fest a few years back. This forum is truly a gift. I’m planning on going to NY later this year or possibly early 2022. I’ve already told Monica, so I hope I can possibly meet up with others as well.

What part of NY?

Hit me up guys, I'm only 3hrs south and am in MI a lot as I have direct reports for my day-job up there that I travel with all the time.

What are the group's thoughts on simply creating some kind of meet-up for travel thread? Lots of forums have sections dedicated to say, Midwest and then inside there they have threads that break down by city or area, such as Chicago Metro or Columbus threads.

Another would be something along the lines of a Travel Thread. ie.....I'll be in Novi, MI on xx/xx dates anyone interested in meeting up? Just a couple thoughts.

I'd love to meet some more fellow Geeks. I've always thought a meet up at the Tail of the Dragon run in the fall would be awesome. Its location is pretty centralized for us in the midwest/eastcoast for the most part
