thanks for so prompt replyHoly crap I never even seen M105 dust that much. There has got to be something wrong with your technique or you are not getting your pads clean and they are full of old polish.
Initially I used cross to apply UC to pad then I started applying as close to outer circle thinking that polish will be pushed to center anyway.
Not to Hijack here, but I had similar issues, except I was halfway through the car and then it started dusting bad, switched pads and it still happened, but didn't happen till halfway after the car was done. Still kind of dumbfounded as to what could have caused it, and when it started dusting.....i was a snowstorm. Again, didn't start till halfway through, switched pads, then still did it. Hopefully it was just car specific and I won't run into the problem again.

What I noticed a couple of times when the humidity was low and temperature was hot this summer, the polish would dry around the side/edges of the pads and dusting would occur. I learned a few things recently in the M105 dusting thread where I wasn't properly following the Kevin Brown method and got polish on side edge of the pad. That may be the cause of my on-off dusting experience with M105 and occasionally with UC.now I know I wasn't insane and not alone who got this dusting issue
It's strange as you said you changed pad and it was dusting anyway
my pad got hot in center after 1 or 2 20"x20" and I had to clean and wait for a little
Always mix before applying to pad.Just had a thought, does 105 settle? Meaning do you need to be shaking it up throughout the whole process? I know I shook it will when starting, perhaps this could give reason as to why it started dusting on my half way through? Am I reaching or could this be the case?
