Would D151 be enough to seal a headlight lens after using M205 to restore the lens?

If not, what about 303 as a headlight sealant?

It might work, but it would not last as long as a dedicated lens coating or dedicated sealant. Sonax Polymer netshield would be a good one.

HUMP

I don't see why it wouldn't help protect it, just as it would the paint. But, not for very long.

Let's say a typical wax lasts 3 months, D151 contains a wax, although not a dedicated wax. But for arguments sake and the fact I haven't personally used it, lets say you would get 3 months of protection on your headlights.

So yes, it would help, but not permanently seal or protect. Use a dedicated coating or sealant for longer protection. Just my 2 cents

Cool, thanks. I was trying to see if I could save a buck or two.

Works well on headlights, you just have to apply it often because it doesn't last that long.
One thing about it is if you work the polish well each time your headlights will look new for a long time.

If your headlights are in good shape you should be able to skip the 205.

Sure you can, but it won't last for beans.
