I use it 4:1 on wheel wells and tires, looks great! On my tires, it lasted a solid week until I cleaned and dressed again the next week. I think it would have lasted another week if I allowed it too. I applied it to a trucks plastic wheel wells, then hit it with a pressure washer a week later. After it dried, the wells still looked clean and dressed.

I think any water based dressing will wear off during a rainstorm. Meg's HD is a great product!
 
I've been using Meg's hyper dressing for some time now, I love the versatility and the fact I can dilute it down to suit my needs. Love hyper dressing on engine's too.
 
HD has been in my MUST list ever since I bought it. Very versatile, gives a great OEM matte look (4:1), cost effective, so many great things about that product.
 
Can you spray Hyper Dressing? Does anyone use it on dashboards/inside?

Looking for a cheaper alternative to my favorite spray-on for volume details where $$ count.

I don't believe HD has any UV protection, so I would spend the extra cash and get the megs interior detailer by the gallon or 5 gallon if you want to spend money.
 
Yeah, i love Hyper Dressing. I use it 4:1 on wheelwells and i've had it last a good month. It left a clean look. I usually use it 2:1 on tires and it leaves a look that I like, but sometimes customers like that BLING look. If you use it straight (or with an ounce or two of water to just thin it out), it leaves the SHINYIEST (is that a word?) look on the tire with very little sling. I no longer need a separate silicone dressing for tires now.
 
Did you experience any rain during that week? That's the biggest killer of tyre dressings for me although I do now have two that I find can hold up to several weeks of rain.
