Im looking to get a few menzerna compounds, and was wondering what would be recommended for general use (vary the pad to get more aggressive) and then a final polish (grey pad or so...)

Power Gloss, SIP, and 106FA, that should cover pretty much anything you encounter. I would make sure you have a few of the wool, orange, white, green and blue pads. If you are using a rotary I would not use the orange pad and use the wool and work with the other colored pads.

ok, DA only right now, and i forgot to check for kits... ill look into those... thanks!

The orange pad will be needed if using the da. Also look at the kits with 5.5 pads, they work so much better in their correcting ability than the bigger pads.

:iagree::buffing:

DA only - PC? I'd get 4" orange for correction and white for polishing - maybe 5.5" with the white, and you can use blue or gray for final polishing if you want. I have tried SIP, IP, FFII and 203 - all met or exceeded my expectations.
