master blaster about 660 mph - leaf blower around 230 mph max ?
while I tried 2 different leaf blowers I wasn't too impressed . it may do the trick, just takes longer . . I got a 10 ft extension hose so all I have to do is move it from one side of the car to the other and I get up and down the whole thing . I live in a apartment complex so I can't upgrade the electrical , but I do run the mb off a 15 amp circuit , just turning on each motor one at a time , have never blown the breaker yet , have no idea on any ill effects it can have on the circuit though . leaf blower has been retired to dedicated garage blower out-er . mb is not a cheap toy to use just for drying off a vehicle that's for sure .

I use the blower side of my shop vac. It is filtered air unlike most leaf blowers. And a vacuum hose is a lot safer to hold over a car than a leaf blower.

I tried using a shop vac's exhaust port once. It was pretty awesome for blowing whatever was INSIDE the shop vac out and onto the clean car.

whoooooooops!

The hose should be washed out before using it on the blower end, or just have two different hoses. I have never noticed dust/debris get blown onto the vehicle when using a clean hose.

I only do this as a hobby on my cars, motorcycle and my family's cars. I started using a leaf blower 8 years ago on my motorcycle and it worked so well that I started using it on the vehicles. Then I found this site 4 years ago and learned about sheeting as the final step of a rinse. Combine sheeting and the leaf blower for a quick dry. Once again this is a hobby for me and time is not money.
