Mike Phillips VIF or Vehicle Inspection Form

Mike,
Would you please be able to send me another copy. Been a very stressful couple of months and I need to start getting things straightened out. Lost both of my computers and hard drives with all my data, tried to recover, but lost 95%, will teach me to have a backup, then my position was eliminated from work. I had not been getting of my emails, then noticed, I miss typed my email address using phone and since it was saved as wrong was now my default and was trying to understand why I was not getting my emails..:doh::bash::bash::cry::surrender:

Hey Mr. Phillips. Awhile back you sent me a vehicle inspection form which was greatly appreciated. I took a little bit of your form and combined it with a little bit of another and came up with a spreadsheet form. I would like to send it to you if your interested.

I would love to send out a copy to see if it would be helpful to others but as a professional curtesy to Mike Phillips I would need his approval first. Mike worked very hard on his form and I think I owe it to him to obtain approval.

Thank you for the respect and NOT sending people my form.

Also thank you for your patience. Been so busy lately but sending the form out to all that asked RIGHT NOW.

Then driving to Florida.

Will check back on this thread next Monday and send to anyone that asks.
