That's weird. I re-downloaded it and it worked for me, so the iTunes download is working.

Just an idea...try "Clear History and Website Data" in Settings for Safari. That may clear any corrupted files that may be hindering the download process. Then try to download again.

I can't delete it being it doesn't download.
The circle stays thin, even after hours and hours.

Have you been able to download on iPad yet? Just checking in.

Download the PDF version on your PC. Open it on the PC to confirm it works. Then just drag and drop that into "books" on iTunes. Then sync your iPad with PC. Open iBooks and it should be there. You will have to enter your email address as the password to open it.
