Most durable wheel well dressing?

Hyper dressing is durable enough for me on tires, but doesn't last for beans in wheel wells. Suggestions?
 
I've never used it, I just know it was developed as a replacement for a discontinued Meguiar's product which a lot of people loved, it got them off of using floor wax for engines and wells. People were talking about this in the announcing-Sonus-at-Autogeek thread.
 
Stoner's More Shine (aerosol). It works as well as anything can be expected to for wheel wells and it's cheap when ordered by the case. Also works well on tires, black plastic air dams, black mud flaps, engines, etc. Over spray is unavoidable so I use it first prior to washing or polishing.

What's the name of the discontinued Meg's product? Just wondering...
 
What about Meguiars ASD or opti-bond 1:1 on wheel wells and engines? Durable?

Consider trying Ultima TTGP? I've not used it on wheel wells, but seems to hold up great on my radiator cover. Roughly a month so far, still holding on strong.

I prefer something I can spray. :xyxthumbs:
 
adams purple undercarrage spray is all i use . its great :xyxthumbs:
 
Sonus is supposed to be just like Megs Engine Kote(I have done some homework on this).....and if it works like Megs, it will work wonderfully on your wheel wells and last very long even thru rain and snow! I know I will be ordering some Sonus on my next order......I'll do a comparison of the two products when the weather clears unless you try it out first!
 
Opti bond 1:1 does last longer then hyper but nothing crazy, and so much depends on conditions, my customers usually get one to four weeks depending a ton on weather, but for best results spray thin, let dry then put on another coat, it's a noticeable difference in durability.

it does have silicone. i only use it on my wheel wells. spray it on i let it sit then give it a quick wipe with a towel. all other dressings i use r water based but for my wheel wells this seems to last longer. i hit the coil over shocks too and it blackens them right up.. and it smells awesome too..
 
usually get a week or so out of most aerosol spray tire dressings, at least they are cheap at around 3.50 a bottle at Wally World.
 
scott has a good point grab something cheap. its not going to last anyway. lol unless u leave ur ride in the garage and dont drive it lol
 
I get great results with Megs ASD. It dries a nice low gloss and is very durable. solvent based and is greasy until it dries. I use a Garden Sprayer to apply and walk away.

Jim, do you know if ASD has the same texture as Griot's UC/CG bare bones/Adam's UC dressings?
