Most regretted detailing product purchase

wish i bought a gallon instead of 32oz of garry deans detail concentrate :)

It's possible, it was a free sample. I used it with Mother's yellow clay when it did that.

Hyper spray products. I mean compound/polish are pretty good but the sprayers are just suck.
 
Can't really say I regretted the purchase but damn sure disappointed in it......NXT Techwax 2.0. I do regret spending $17.00 for a product worth $5.00 though.
 
Tech was was ok, but the NXT Spray Wax was garbage. That was more difficult to remove than it should have been. I also once tried Armor All leather wipes.. Ugh, turned my seats into shiny gross looking messes. I never used them again and I think they dried out from sitting. This was all pre AG of course. I think for many of us, there is pre AG, and post AG :)
 
I purchased Adams Leather cleaner a few years ago, and it was the last time!
 
I would have to say 500 vac n blo... returned the thing to amazon just not enough power at all. Poor design.
 
CG red fluffer supra mf towels. Not because they're bad but because the red bleeds when I wash them.

Wow, I've used the Adams Leather cleaner and thought it did a pretty decent job. Removed the blue dye transfer from jeans with no problem. Hmmm, I haven't re-ordered because my cars are pretty clean and now I'm using the Ultima Interior Shampoo, which I like but is not as "aggressive" as the Adams-which is just fine for me now. Frankly after testing the new Pinnacle APC, I would give that a try on a stubborn stain, cut 5/1 should the need arise.

I have some very thick Uber MF green towels which I love but they still bleed after a million washes. I just don't understand. Only thing I can do is wash my white MF separately. pita
 
Regret purchasing 4 bottles of mothers wheel and tire cleaner every time for wheel care.
Mothers does a good job, but if I knew about zep citrus, I could have saved a huge amount of money

Exactly! I think we're better off buying towels that are similar in shade.
 
Wolfgang Fuzion - overpriced, unremarkable looks and outclassed by waxes 1/4 the cost. Sorry Wolfgang fans, CG50/50 eats this stuff for breakfast. It does smell great though.
