Lets see if I can keep this car more than 3 months. :D

2003 Electron Blue Corvette z06, 8K miles.

This is the first car I've ever bought unseen. I'm very picky about 100% factory paintwork. I spoke to the dealership body shop manager and he guaranteed the car has NO paintwork and I WILL NOT be dissatisfied. I feel very confident. I have a 3-day return policy to return the car if I'm not satisfied. I'm 99.9% sure the car will be just fine.

I'll have it in about a week or two. :buffing:

Congrats on your new ride buddy!!!

Did you trade in your 350z or you selling it private party?

Electron Blue is one of my favorite colors for a vehicle - excellent choice Mark!

Congrats! Sheesh, you change cars more than I do socks!

I hate these threads!
Gives me the new car itch every time! Now I want a Vette! :)

Beautiful car!

About time you got back into a GM V8!

Nice car. She's stock I'm assuming? Any plans for modificiations, or will this be a garage queen? Either way, car looks /sounds very clean.

Thanks guys! Yes, it'll be a keeper and a daily driver!

Marc - Assuming it's a hard clear, I'll probably use Hybrid pads and/or MF pads with M105, followed by M205 or HD Polish. If the defects aren't bad, I'll hit it with hybrid pads and PF2500. This is just a guess, a test spot is in order. I'll top it with WDGPS, most likely.

Congratulations Mark!! :props:

A Corvette Z06 doesn't really need assistance in looking fast...
But the intricate paintwork of this one, gives it the appearance
of the capability of tremendous speed.

IMO...This is one of the most stunning Corvettes ever created.

Speaking of speed:
I find it most awesome to be cruising along in a Corvette "somewhat over" 100mph...
(even, a times, having the air conditioning on and listening to satellite radio/CD's)...
with my smiling-sweetie beside me...with both of 'em lookin' and feelin' so good.

:)

Bob
