Here are some pics of the shop I will be taking over and doing a complete remodel of. Thanks to Hurricanes Rita & Ike, and a few people deciding it was a catch-all building for random junk - saying we have a lot of work to do is a major understatement.

Enjoy :xyxthumbs:

Looks like that place has a lot of potential. Can't wait to see your finished project. Good looking Snap On box there.

Looks like you've got your work cut out for you! On the up side, it also looks like you've got plenty of space to work with. If I was closer I'd lend you a hand. Good luck on the new shop! Don't to post progress and after pics. :props:

Yea its big 2400 sq ft :) And everything inside now belongs to me, they didn't want anything!

Did you buy the building or lease/rent?

Bought shop and the house next to it, you think the shop looks like a project you should see the house! I might bull doze it though...

Lot of work to do, but has great potential. Good luck:xyxthumbs:

Awesome :) It's always great to see big things come together for people. Good luck with everything!

A little bit of hard work and you will have a great shop. Congrats!!!

I have to say that looks like a great potentional. Might find some worth while things in there...then with maybe $15,000 invested into the building you will have a real nice shop.

Doing all the work myself so hoping it wont cost that much! :)

This should make for some great before and after pics!

After meeting you Mr. Parker at the SA GTC on Thurday...you are the right man for the job. You are one who follows his dreams..and follows thru on everything that has to do with your passion of detailing. Good luck and I will call you soon (as I have your card) to say hi. The good thing is..its already "air conditioned"....but seriously..it has plenty of space for plenty of cars!!

Yea this dream is going to take a few months at least, seeing I'm not rich and will be doing all the work myself. But while I'm working on it at least I will have ac :) well until I fix the roof...

I see a lot of potential in this, and a lot of hard work, but there looks to be some valuable stuff that can be salvaged/used to get it in shape also. Good luck!

Looks like lots of good potential here. Best of luck to you!
