My review of some edgeless MF towels

Wow!! Thanks for all the replies!! (Kindof feels good to start a thread and have several responses)
Even though the Sonus have an edge, as hard as I rubbed a disc with the edge, I couldn't get it to scratch. After rubbing pretty hard about 6 or 7 times repeatidly, I did get some very light scratches (but I can guarantee any towel will do this)

It may be that the older Korean made ones are the true edgeless and the China ones have this cut. Kindod hard to explain, but its a failry soft cut.

Thanks for creating this thread newbdetailer!

And thanks for the test and update :props:

I haven't tried the ones people are talking about now so I know nothing first hand. Ron said laser cut (not hot wire cut) and looks like you have done some testing. I'm sure AG is getting to the bottom of it as well and we can look forward to an update.

It's really a shame because outside of these funky edges, they are a very nice towel!

A photo is worth a thousand words!! Great writeup and I've got to give some of them a try. :props:

Upon further inspection of my 4 green sonus towels, I noticed that only ONE edge of each has the "hot wire cut". What the heck?

I just ordered some of the towels I was talking about. We'll see how they are.
