I'm a big fan of 2nd hand things so goodwill is my go to store for certain stuff lol. You can probably find a decent shampooer with an upholstery attachment for like $25 (like what i used on this detail). Out here they have 50% off sales every other saturday :)...i now use a Brissell 'Little Green' extractor...sells for bout $90 at walmart but we got ours for like $12 at goodwill...water heater doesnt work but the motor is strong and extracts quite well...plus its easy to move around or even take inside the car with you if you need to :dblthumb2:
