My griots brilliant finish is almost gone. Like it a lot. N914 is an option but looking for input. Like a wash that releases dirt well from the media and is reasonably priced.

Thanks in advance.

Watch this video. It will answer your questions.

Find one you like and stick with it. There is always something better on the horizon so stay with something tried and true. I use DIY rinse less if I need a pure cleaner and if I need something to maintain a ceramic coating I use Gyeon Eco Wash.

Great choices

FWIW, I feel N-914 has more cleaning power than ONR V5 or ADS Hero and I think it releases dirt as well as the other two, and the price is quite reasonable in my opinion

Feynlab V1 was very powerful as well and was my pick for a pure cleaner with nothing left on the paint in the way of gloss or protection

I haven't tried Feynlab V3 yet

That is the extent of my experience after venturing out from ONR

In the video above by Forensic Detailing the Feynlab got the best rating for a cleaner.

Chilly,
Didn’t you say it will strip off any wax or sealers? I am curious as I looked up its PH and it is in the neutral range. Maybe I don’t understand PH but I thought anything neutral would not strip off any LSPs?
It sounds like it would be a good winter rinseless due to its cleaning ability.

Real world results on my g/f's Cruze this past Saturday. Probably a weeks worth of dirt. The product is Feynlab RW v3, pre-treating and using that RW sponge. These pics were the body only at that point

Yes, my experience was that Feynlab V1 would strip waxes like OCW, TWWW, etc and would also strip a sealant that was on its last legs, like Megs HCW

It isn't something I used all the time but when an LSP got to the point it wasn't doing its job I would use it to strip it back to a fresh canvas so I could start over

I certainly don't understand the chemistry behind it, but it wets the paint unlike other RWs that sit on top of the paint, and its surfactants or whatever digs deep and just gets stuff off

🤷‍♂️

I personally like to use the Wolfgang Uber SiO2 Rinseless Wash. I think it works great.

I revisited it this past summer as I've got an old gallon, while it's a low amount it's such a SOLID choice...still

Of everything I like Koch chemie Rapid rinsless is my favorite right now.

IdroSave is also great if you wanna leave protection.

Being a griots fan there Brilliant shine replacement will be out in March.

They're doing a livestream tomorrow night so we should hopefully get more details about it

So as Klasse posted pics of his two bucket wash of the Cruise it inspired me to do the same. I think the Cruise was a bit more dirty than mine but mine were driven in the rain a couple times so a little more dirty than usual.

I washed both the wife’s CRV and my Tacoma with Duragloss 932 rinseless and the rinse bucket was plain water. I mixed up 3 gallons of the Duragloss for the wash and an additional 1.5 gallons in my pump sprayer for the presoak. I didn’t change the bucket of Duragloss after washing the CRV,

This was after the first wash.

so I used the same wash media for the Tacoma. My thinking was as I was using a rinse bucket the wash media would stay much cleaner but it did appear to get a little dirty during the second wash.

This was after the second wash.

Did you change out the rinse water? Also did you make up new solution for the 2nd wash?

Griot's is targeting Feb on the new rinseless. It is polymer based.
I'm enjoying the live stream but that Sam guy is such a suck up with that mustache, it just doesn't work, my God is it horrible
