true, while a lifetime warranty is only as good as the business is around, Griots has been around for a long time (20+ years?) and i don't see them going anywhere anytime soon...
Look, I wish Griots well and hope that he can hand the business down to his Grandchildren's Grandchildren. But the fact of the matter is that small business's have a high failure rate. Have you ever heard of Woolworths, Gimbils, Saks 34th street? Look at the turn over of stores at your local mall. I think that you need to study economics.
I did not say that his warranty was no good, I just said that I do not believe in life time warranties. but I would take one for free.
