Should I buy a new car now or should I wait until March. I already did nake a selection 2012 Nissan Rogue. I do have a garage and I'am in the process of installing lights and a heater. Just can't decide if I should do it now. Feed back please

IMO I say do it....especially since you're choosing a 2012. They're more inclined to try to make a deal before the year is up so their numbers look good. Try to hold off until almost the end of the month. I bought my car in December of last year, and a guy here got the same deal in July of THIS year. Granted...the situation may be different, but like I said...I think they're more inclined to make a deal before the year is up.

If you find a car you like...buy it!

That is what I live my life on anyway.

If you don't buy now, wait until Memorial Day in May. You mentioned you're looking at Nissan. Right now they're having their end of year sales so yeah if you don't buy now, you probably won't find the same deals for a while again.

Buy a car now or more towards the end of this month.
Sales people are trying to get as much in as they can this month so they have more money for the Holidays. That being said, they will give the best deals just to get people to buy.

Also check out if you have access to a car buying program that might offer up to 1% below invoice PLUS any incentives. These programs are available through many places. I have access through both GEICO and USAA for example to one run or "powered by" a company called ZAG. I think American Express or somebody like that uses them also. Just to note, if you ARE a USAA member, they give a flat $1000 discount above the 1% below MSRP to a select few mfr's also. That's why I'm using them for my upcoming Jeep purchase. 1% below invoice plus $1000 off plus any incentives that might be out there.

Another opinion. Late February is best time, especially in snowy areas like PA. Cars do not move in cold shitty weather.

Thanks guys. I needed a little encouragement especially now in the beginning of winter. Finally got a deal on a 2012 Nissan Rogue loaded with everything. Just don't like the idea of it getting blasted with salt!
