Need some help! Products leaving oily residue on paint!

Use the AIO with the PC DA, using the lightest polishing pad you have. (White). Then you can apply the Sealant with the DA if you want to, using a Red or Black pad. If not then by hand. Some Sealants vary, and I am not familiar with the Klasse. Apply several coats as it is layerable. You might be able to apply a coat and leave on overnight to let it really bond to the CC, and use a spray wax to help remove it the next day. Do a test panel and see how that works. Just an idea, some sealants that helps. There are product threads for this, just look that up.

Have not used waterless washes, but in my not knowing for sure opinion, I would think that it would add tremendously to creating swirls and micro marring to the finish. Lubiricity is the key to preventing everything.

Washing and Drying the vehicle is where you get most of your micro marring and love swirls. The Drying phase is the worst. Make sure you use a detailing spray as you dry it with the MF. Helps lubricate and minimize the swirls.

The turtle wax rinseless car wash seems to have a pretty good following here. Is that a issue?

The rinseless wash is not the issue. The black wax on the other hand is potentially what left the residue. Plenty here, myself included, use the rinseless wash often.

Just to clearify, when you say white, your talking about LC pads correct? because B& S have white right under orange. Just so no one gets mixed up:

Buff and Shine 5.5" Foam Pads are available in seven levels of aggresiveness:
Red - Application Pad
Black - Finishing Pad
Blue - Light Polishing Pad
Green - Polishing Pad
White - Heavy Polishing Pad
Orange - Medium Cutting Pad
Yellow - Heavy Cutting Pad

LC Pad
Red - A finishing foam for applying final-step products including waxes, sealants and glazes.
Blue - A finishing foam for use with single step products when no swirls are present.
Black - A finessing foam for use with glazes or single-step products when only light polishing is required.
White - A polishing foam with light cutting power to bring up a full gloss when using a fine polish or paintwork cleanser.
Green (Coarse) - A heavy polishing foam for light swirl removal and removing holograms produced from heavier polishing.
