Never received confirmation on my order

Never received confirmation on my order I placed earlier today during free shipping, anyone else suffering from this?
 
Dumb question but did you check the box for that option? Also I know it took a little time on my last order, when did you place the order?
 
Yea, I always get a confirmation after my orders are placed. Usually regardless whether they are open or not. I placed it at around 215 pm
 
I got my email confirmation today, about 5 minutes after my order was placed. Perhaps check spam or email address was entered incorrectly?
 
They never get sent to spam, and the e-mail get's entered automatically when I log in. Thanks for the tips....but no luck

I have had it happen once before on a weekend. Customer service responded first thing Monday with my order confirmation.
 
had that happen to me once... and then one of the AG staff said i had put ".cmo" instead of ".com" maybe you misspelled it?
 
I had one order, I think it was during the Memorial Day sale, and I didn't get a confirmation. But as soon as it shipped, I was notified.

I guess the only thing that concerned me, was I didn't know if my order went through.
 
My last order it took a day for the confirmation to come. No big deal at all. Just sit back and wait for your order to arrive.
 
You can always call Meghan or Penny tomorrow and they will take a look.

Just spoke to Eric from autogeek and he told me my order didn't go through for some reason. He said it didn't show up in the system, now I have to wait for another free shipping block :(. Anyone know when there is another?

That's very strange ... did you ever get to the confirmation page after you enter your order that shows an Order ID? I usually save these to a pdf, or leave the window open until I get the email confirmation just in case.
 
Yea, that page showed up, but I didn't save it. I just dont want to re-order everything and then for some reason I get a confirmation. I mean eric told me it was not in there system under my account. I don't know what to do.
 
The order went through successfully. Because you left a note in the comments box, it had to be manually processed.
