So I moved into a new place yesterday, with the help of my buddy Hectour and his wife Kim. No more "dungeon" pics but I'll miss having what was essentially a 10 car garage to myself
I tried out a "new to me" CG's foam gun from Derek0609 (thanks D!) early this morning. I used Mother's 3 in 1 carwash soap, let it sit, rinsed and dried. I then decided to go to the weekly cars and coffee. I came back and the car Sat in the corner, where it belongs, while I put away things inside. Upon coming out to my car to retrieve MANY mf towels I noticed spots on the car..SAP and no, not Warren Sapp either, LOL. Now its muggy here but I knew I couldn't have slept if I let it be, so time for a 2nd wash of the day! This time I added 2 ounces of P&S Pearl in the bottle along with 1/2 of the Mother's 3 in 1 and got after it. Now many of my long time fans, all 2 or 3 of you will have noticed I didn't mention the tire and wheel cleaning and there's a good reason for that...I thought it was going to rain at some point today but no, so I "cheated"... TWICE, please forgive me heavenly Father for I have sinned
Anywho, while the car was wet I decided to try some TW Hybrid Solution Wet Wax from our friend Mad Merc (thanks John!) Let me tell you this, if you have a coated car, this product flat out works GREAT!! It really makes the paint POP, big time! The Gloss, my God the Gloss...oh wait, that line is used by someone already, LOL but it makes the paint look soaking wett
I finished the car off with some Hydrosilex Slick on the tires and now I'm posting this, then getting in the shower and chillin'

It looks like I'm going to be fighting a battle with that issue but does anyone know if it's a long term issue or short term
Obviously it's on the topsides but I wipe down the entire car. The coating on my car will be put to the test, the toppers are more critical that ever now. When it rains I'll get a break and the sap will get washed away, good thing I'm a Geek and have a stock pile in the Detail Pantry
