New Member Information

I never got the time to actually do this. Hello everyone I'm Conrad here in Kissimmee Florida and I actually found this by accident. It was the best accident I ever had. Great information and brought me back to a real passion. I thought I was the only nut job out there that takes detailing to new levels. I've read a lot of articles thats already helped me. As the holidays reach closer I know what I want...

Hey, my name is Ben. I currently own a 67 Pro Street Camaro and 2012 Camaro RS. I have owned the 67 for 3 years now. The past couple years I have been building up my supplies and knowledge on detailing my cars the right way. Lots of good products out there and glad to see forums such as this to see what others are doing.

Hi. Thanks for putting all of this info in one place. I will definately use this thread as a starting point to learn about the forum and the "art" of detailing. I also discovered the Youtube Channel. Lot of great videos. Thanks again.

Hi! I'm Keane from Manila, Philippines. Currently own a 2005 Honda Civic, but it got rear ended recently, so my dad lent me his 2011 Hyundai Tucson. To show my appreciation, I detail his car.

Washing techniques

Hi. I was wanting to know what is the best way to wash my microfiber towels? what to use? and how to dry them the right way. Thanks

Washing and drying my car

Hello. I have a water spot problem when i do a final rinse on my car. I use these techniques: 2 bucket method, (use two wash mitts one for each half of the car), get new water in one bucket with water and new soap in the other about midway through and rinse my mitts otu thoroughly, i ues the shower option on my spray nozzle, then when whole car is rinsed after washing in sections, i take the nozzle off and let the water run over the car starting from the top working my way down and around the car. NOTE: I spray the car continuously to keep it wet while washing my car. I have wax protection on my car, so how could i get a spot-free rinse without going to the carwash to get that spot-free rinse and compromising my wax protection???? All suggestions welcome.

Hello everyone, first time here. My name is Francisco Santiago and I just started a new mobile detailing company with my wife called, Pinpoint Precision Auto Detailing down here in Florida, Broward county. I have been following this website and forums for quite a while now and finally I registered myself. I would like to take this time and thank Ray for helping me out today. I am always learning and now that I have finally joined this amazing and never stop growing community, I know I am going to learn great things and make good friends. Now, please English isn't my first language, I am Brazilian, so it's more like my 2nd language but when it comes down to detailing, I know it very well. I can't wait to meet great people here and at Detail Fest 2013 coming up in March.
