This.... I had pricing on my site and noticed alot of traffic that left the site off the pricing/service page.
I got rid of it and just dealt with detailed explanations of the services
My business definitely increased once that happened. I dealt with what the customer was looking for in a detail first and avoided price. Once I knew what they were looking for, the benefits of using us was the primary conversation, pricing was the absolute last thing they heard, with a review of why we charge what we charge for their situation Making it tailored to that individual and how spectacular their car will look reduces pricing resistance.
We track conversion rates... phone conversations/web site visits that turn into actual appointments, and we were at 60% with pricing, once we removed it, we are 90%+
