Looked up the Sen Sen licorice, might have to order some.
I found a highly flavored, lightly textured brand at a regional dollar store, if Sen Sen is better, and cost effective, may go that route.
Oan: your post about the 56/57 gas filler door brings back a thought I had back in the 80's concerning fire issues, and the location of wire endings and groundings of the tailight.

The old-formula Sen-Sen had the unmistakable taste/smell of having been chewing on
a bar of Lava/lye hand soap---a dead giveaway to suspicious Parents.
It also lacked enough power to hide "drinking from the ol'Mason jar"...
Lesson learned: Taught me to not trust anything my older cousins ever said again.

1. Having the power of perception by the senses
2. Experiencing sensation or feeling
3. Responding emotionally rather than intellectually
4. Conscious.
-There seems to be different criteria to qualify car-care products as being:
'The best for the task at hand'.
For example:
Often it's declared:"It smells so good" (or "bad", as the case may be)
However…
-Of all the characteristics of car-care products posited, I personally believe that
such an olfactory-sensation, whether good or bad, should be left out of products'
selection-equation...especially when products' chemicals/ingredients have been:
"fluffed-over" with fragrances.
-I would rather be able to detect a product’s "truthfulness"…instead of
responding emotionally to one of a product’s marketing stratagems.
-Perhaps I’m not a sentient-soul, afterall.

Judging from the tons of product offered, and from the forum guru's adage that prep is fundamental:
The detailer lacking sentient judgement will always find a way to justify the latest flavor of the month.

Even though rust is explained scientifically, I entertain the idea that once initiated, rust is a physical malady...and a living organism that parasitizes the host.

Irreproachable: Perfect or blameless in every respect; faultless
While many of my forum friends have attained this lofty goal pertaining to forum usage , and in behavior identified by the forum guru concerning proper forum ettiquette; I myself still have a long way to go.
When detailing on a customers property, the detailer needs to be irreproachable in all manner of talk, dress, conduct, and behavior.
